To be effective, training needs to be relevant to the work lawyers do on a day to day basis; be topical, timely,
regular and in manageable amounts to make sure of retention and be supported after the training event.
Our in-house programmes are designed to be exactly this, with the focus on each course being tailored to our client’s own documents, procedures
and typical practical scenarios. Please use the links on the right to view illustrative programmes. Please note that the list is not exhaustive and if there is
any programme you would like covered, please do not hesitate to ask us.

We are running these in response to requests from the following legal professionals:
- existing law firm clients who have missed their firm’s in-house course(s) and do not want to wait for the programme to be run in-house again;
- Professional Support Lawyers/ Knowledge Management Lawyers who wish to keep abreast, on a more timely basis, of accounting issues that directly affect legal matters;
- in-house lawyers who want a better understanding of the financial aspects of various transactions they may be working on;
- Barristers, Counsel and Company Secretaries who have attended client presentations given by us; and
- lawyers from firms who do not have sufficient numbers to justify an in-house session on specific accounting issues.
How are these courses different from other public courses
- the majority of the courses last only 2 hours, first thing in the morning, to minimise your time away from the office;
- delegate numbers will be limited to a maximum of 12 to make sure that the programmes add maximum value through interaction;
- courses will run even if there is only one participant;
- courses are held in our central London offices making it convenient for local participants to return to their offices after the course;
- courses are based around legal documentation where appropriate. On certain courses documentation has been kindly provided by Practical Law Company;
- finally, because we specialise in financial training for law firms our presenters always deliver content in a legal context (see ‘About Us’).
